Welcome to the Bastrop Juneteenth Celebration “Essence of Beauty” Pageant! This pageant is a celebration of culture, confidence, scholarship, and service—honoring the legacy of Juneteenth through elegance and empowerment.

The “Essence of Beauty” Pageant uplifts participants of all backgrounds, celebrating poise, purpose, and pride. Contestants grow in leadership, public speaking, and community engagement while representing the spirit of Bastrop’s Juneteenth Celebration.

 We are so excited to welcome contestants to the Essence of Beauty Pageant!
Registration officially opens on November 5. All contestants must complete the online registration form to be eligible.

By registering, each participant agrees to:

• Submit the completed registration form and entrance fee by the deadline. Links for both are below.
•  Participate in at least two fundraising activities organized by the Pageant Committee.
• Attend at least one scheduled rehearsals, workshops, and appearances.
   

📌 Spots are limited – early registration is highly encouraged.

How to Complete Registration:

1. Complete the online registration form.
2. Pay the entrance fee using the secure payment link (below).
3. Confirmation details and next steps will be sent to your email.
    

📌 Please note: Registration is not complete until both the form and payment are received.

 1.  No Refunds: All registration fees and fundraiser funds are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.    Judges’ Policy: No one is permitted to approach or speak to the judges during the event. If you have questions or comments, please see a committee member.

3.    Mandatory Rehearsals: All rehearsals are mandatory for every competing  participant.

4.    Mandatory Fundraisers: All participants are required to participate in all pageant fundraisers.

5.    Positive Environment: Every participant is considered a winner. This event promotes a safe and positive atmosphere. Any guest, parent, or participant displaying inappropriate behavior may be escorted from the venue.

6.    Escort Requirement: Each participant must have an escort. Escorts should wear black slacks, a collared shirt, and a tie. If available, a full black suit is preferred.
